Payments for services are due as agreed in the project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once the project begins. Late payments may delay delivery or result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, all designs, code, and deliverables created by Infibrix Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses.
5. Limitation of liability
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but Infibrix Technologies is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
6. Third-party services
Our projects may involve third-party services (e.g., Shopify, hosting providers, plugins). We are not responsible for their performance, pricing, or changes in service. Clients are subject to third-party terms and licenses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services by giving written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
